APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
Vasu Skin Solutions has a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. There will be a $50 late charge for cancellations or no-show fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL POLICY
If you are having a laser hair removal service, please arrive with 1-3 days of hair growth or additional charges may apply.
FINANCIAL POLICY
Fees for all services are paid in full at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and cash. Any check returned for insufficient funds will assess a fee of $25.00. We do not offer any refunds on services rendered. Please note that there are no refunds on packages sold. Unused balances can be applied to other services offered by Vasu Skin Solutions.
Any fees discussed before a consultation are general estimates. You will be given an individualized treatment plan with fees, which are valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the consultation appointment.
Since most of our procedures are considered cosmetic and not deemed medically necessary, we do not bill insurance.

Information Collection, Use and Sharing: Vasu Skin Solutions is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to a third party. Your Access to and Control Over Information: You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time: see what data we have about you, change/correct, delete or express concern regarding any data we have on you.
Security: We take every precaution to protect your information. We do not save any credit card data. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personal data.

When you book your service through our booking service, Aesthetics Pro, the related links for the necessary form will be provided. Please click on the link for the related forms, fill them out, and send directly to Vasu. Once you’ve filled out your forms, they will be stored online with your file and you will not need to fill them out again.
